  • 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 6 Eggs beaten
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in cooked bacon and shredded cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the muffins are set and lightly golden.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
