  • 12 large mushrooms stems removed
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine bacon, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic, and black pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
  5. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
