Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 racks Baby Back Ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  3. Mix brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  4. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
  5. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 hours.
  7. Remove the ribs from the oven and increase the temperature to 350°F (175°C).
  8. Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and return to the oven, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
