  • 1 Avocado Ripe
  • 2 Eggs
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Toast the bread slices to your liking.
  2. 2. While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash it with a fork.
  3. 3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the eggs to your preference (sunny side up, over easy, etc.).
  4. 4. Spread the mashed avocado evenly on the toasted bread slices.
  5. 5. Place the cooked eggs on top of the avocado toast.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
