- 2 slices Bread Whole grain or your choice
- 1 Avocado Ripe
- 1 pinch Salt To taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper To taste
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil Optional
1. Toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispiness.
2. While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
3. Mash the avocado with a fork or spoon until smooth, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Spread the mashed avocado evenly onto the toasted bread slices.
