Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Avocados ripe
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
Add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge with plastic wrap pressed directly onto the surface to prevent browning.
