Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined small size
  • 2 pcs Avocados, diced
  • 1 cup Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Tomatoes, diced
  • ½ cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 pcs Jalapeño, finely chopped optional
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp and lime juice. Let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the shrimp to 'cook' in the lime juice.
  2. 2. Add the diced avocados, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro to the bowl. Mix gently to combine.
  3. 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
