Main Ingredients
- 2 Avocados peeled, pitted, and diced
- 1 Tomato diced
- ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
- 1 Lime juiced
- 2 tablespoons Cilantro chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced avocados, tomato, and red onion.
Add the lime juice, chopped cilantro, and olive oil. Gently toss to combine.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
