  • 1 unit ripe avocado
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • to taste Ice cubes optional

Instructions 

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
  2. Add the milk, honey, and vanilla extract to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes if you want it colder and blend again.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
