Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup water (optional, for thinning)

Instructions 

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  3. Blend until smooth. If the dressing is too thick, add water a tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate until ready to use.
