Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing

Main Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 0.25 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.25 cup water (optional, for thinning)
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
Add the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
Blend until smooth. If the dressing is too thick, add water a tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Transfer to a jar and refrigerate until ready to use.
