  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the eggs in a pot of water for about 10 minutes. Once done, cool them in ice water and peel.
  2. 2. Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a mixing bowl.
  3. 3. Add the avocado, lime juice, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mash everything together until smooth.
  4. 4. Spoon the avocado mixture back into the egg whites.
  5. 5. Garnish with paprika and serve.
