- 2 ripe avocados peeled, pitted, and diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 small red onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 loaf baguette sliced and toasted
- Salt and pepper to taste
1. In a bowl, combine diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
2. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and minced garlic. Mix gently.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
