Main Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, mash the avocados until smooth.
Add sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the mashed avocados. Mix well.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the avocado mixture. Mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
