  • 3 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
  2. Add water and oil, mix until dough forms.
  3. Transfer dough to a floured surface, knead for a few minutes.
  4. Divide dough into 8 pieces, roll each into a ball.
  5. Roll each ball into a thin circle.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, cook each tortilla for about 1 minute on each side.
