Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • 0.5 cup Ground pork
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 8 pieces Egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, ground pork, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  2. 2. Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Seal the top corner with a bit of water.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Remove the egg rolls from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
