  • 6 slices Prosciutto halved lengthwise
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wrap each asparagus spear with a half slice of prosciutto.
  3. Place the wrapped asparagus on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the asparagus and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the asparagus is tender and the prosciutto is crispy.
