Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 8 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large ovenproof skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. Add asparagus and cook until tender.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour egg mixture over vegetables in the skillet.
  6. Cook on the stovetop until edges are set, then transfer to the oven.
  7. Bake until the frittata is fully set and golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
