Asian Style Paper Wrapped Chicken Recipe

- 500 g Chicken thighs boneless, skinless
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 stalk Green onion chopped
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, sugar, and cornstarch. Mix well.
Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
Cut parchment paper into large squares. Place a piece of marinated chicken in the center of each square, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and fold the paper to wrap the chicken securely.
Place the wrapped chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
