Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 head Cabbage large
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and mix in chopped green onions.
  5. 5. Separate cabbage leaves and fill each leaf with the beef mixture. Serve immediately.
