Ingredients

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until well combined.
  2. Place your choice of meat in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the meat, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Remove the meat from the marinade and grill as desired. Discard any remaining marinade.
