Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame seeds.
  2. 2. Add beef cubes to the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Thread the marinated beef onto skewers.
  5. 5. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your liking.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
