  • 8 jalapeño peppers halved and seeded
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 8 slices bacon

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  4. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a portion of sausage, covering the entire pepper.
  5. Wrap a slice of bacon around each sausage-covered jalapeño.
  6. Place the wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
