- 8 jalapeño peppers halved and seeded
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 8 slices bacon
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.
Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a portion of sausage, covering the entire pepper.
Wrap a slice of bacon around each sausage-covered jalapeño.
Place the wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
