Arabic Fattoush Salad Recipe
A refreshing Middle Eastern salad with crispy pita, fresh vegetables, and a tangy dressing.

Salad
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Cucumber, diced
- ½ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup Fresh mint, chopped
- 2 pieces Pita bread, toasted and broken into pieces
Dressing
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Sumac
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, parsley, and mint.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, sumac, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Add the toasted pita pieces to the salad just before serving to keep them crispy.
