Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Dried Apricots
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tablespoon Honey
1. Preheat your oven to 140°F (60°C).
2. Blend the dried apricots and water until smooth.
3. Add honey and blend again.
4. Spread the mixture evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
5. Bake for 6-8 hours or until the leather is no longer sticky.
6. Let it cool, then cut into strips.
