Apple Pie Recipe
A classic apple pie recipe that's perfect for any occasion.

Pie Crust
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Unsalted butter cold, cut into cubes
- ¼ cup Ice water
Filling
- 6 cups Apples peeled, cored, and sliced
- ¾ cup Granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and butter for the crust. Add ice water and mix until dough forms. Divide dough in half, shape into discs, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll out one disc of dough and fit into a pie dish. In another bowl, mix apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Pour filling into the crust.
Roll out the second disc of dough and cover the pie. Seal edges and cut slits on top for steam to escape.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Let cool before serving.
