Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 gallon Apple cider
  • 1 gallon Apple juice
  • 2 cups Granulated sugar
  • 2 cups Brown sugar
  • 8 sticks Cinnamon
  • 1 liter Everclear
  • 1 liter Vanilla vodka

Instructions 

  1. In a large pot, combine the apple cider, apple juice, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 1 hour.
  2. Remove the pot from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
  3. Once cooled, stir in the Everclear and vanilla vodka.
  4. Use a funnel to pour the mixture into mason jars. Seal tightly and store in a cool, dark place.
  5. Let the moonshine sit for at least 2 weeks before drinking to allow the flavors to meld.
