Main Ingredients
- 1 gallon Apple cider
- 1 gallon Apple juice
- 2 cups Granulated sugar
- 2 cups Brown sugar
- 8 sticks Cinnamon
- 1 liter Everclear
- 1 liter Vanilla vodka
In a large pot, combine the apple cider, apple juice, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 1 hour.
Remove the pot from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
Once cooled, stir in the Everclear and vanilla vodka.
Use a funnel to pour the mixture into mason jars. Seal tightly and store in a cool, dark place.
Let the moonshine sit for at least 2 weeks before drinking to allow the flavors to meld.
