Apple Filling
- 6 Apples peeled, cored, and sliced
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Oat Topping
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- ½ cup Flour
- ½ cup Butter cold, cut into small pieces
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine apples, lemon juice, sugar, and cinnamon. Transfer to a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, flour, and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.
Bake for 45 minutes or until topping is golden brown and apples are tender.
