Apple Chutney Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1 cup Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Let cool, then transfer to sterilized jars and store in the refrigerator.
