Ingredients

  • 4 cups Apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  2. 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Let cool, then transfer to sterilized jars and store in the refrigerator.
