Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (rotini or penne)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls, halved
  • ½ cup black olives, sliced
  • ½ cup salami, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup pepperoncini, sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • ½ cup Italian dressing

Instructions 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, olives, salami, red onion, pepperoncini, and basil.
  3. Pour Italian dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
