Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 3 large eggs hard-boiled and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon celery seed
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • ½ cup onion chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil potatoes in a large pot until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, celery seed, and pepper.
  3. 3. Add the cooled potatoes, eggs, celery, and onion to the bowl. Mix well to coat everything in the dressing.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
