Instructions
1. Boil potatoes in a large pot until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and let cool.

3. Add the cooled potatoes, eggs, celery, and onion to the bowl. Mix well to coat everything in the dressing.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
