  • 2 cups elbow macaroni uncooked
  • 3 large eggs hard-boiled and chopped
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 1 cup red bell pepper chopped
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the macaroni, eggs, celery, onion, and red bell pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
