  • 2 pounds potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Boil potatoes until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onion, and eggs.
  3. Add cooled potatoes to the bowl and mix gently.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Garnish with paprika.
