Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • ¼ cup Ground flaxseed
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 4 Eggs large
  • ¼ cup Coconut oil melted
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, ground flaxseed, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the melted coconut oil, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Mix well.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
