- 2 medium zucchini sliced into rounds
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Dip zucchini slices in olive oil, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.
Place coated zucchini slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
