Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Extra Firm Tofu pressed and cut into cubes
  • ½ cup Buffalo Sauce
  • ¼ cup Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Toss tofu cubes in the cornstarch mixture until evenly coated.
  4. 4. Arrange tofu cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden.
  5. 5. Remove tofu from the air fryer and place in a mixing bowl. Pour buffalo sauce over the tofu and toss to coat evenly.
  6. 6. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
