Air Fryer Vegan Buffalo Tofu Bites

- 1 block Extra Firm Tofu pressed and cut into cubes
- ½ cup Buffalo Sauce
- ¼ cup Cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Toss tofu cubes in the cornstarch mixture until evenly coated.
4. Arrange tofu cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden.
5. Remove tofu from the air fryer and place in a mixing bowl. Pour buffalo sauce over the tofu and toss to coat evenly.
6. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
