Air Fryer Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Recipe
Spicy and crispy vegan buffalo cauliflower made in the air fryer.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- ½ cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce
- Olive oil spray
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt to make a batter.
Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, coating evenly.
Spray air fryer basket with olive oil spray.
Place coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Remove cauliflower and toss with buffalo sauce.
Return to air fryer for an additional 5 minutes.
