Air Fryer Sun-Dried Tomatoes Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
Preheat the air fryer to 250°F (120°C).
In a bowl, toss the halved cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and dried oregano.
Place the tomatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the tomatoes are dried and slightly shriveled.
Let the sun-dried tomatoes cool before storing them in an airtight container.
