  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 250°F (120°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the halved cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and dried oregano.
  3. Place the tomatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Air fry for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the tomatoes are dried and slightly shriveled.
  5. Let the sun-dried tomatoes cool before storing them in an airtight container.
