Main Ingredients
- 12 pieces Mushrooms stems removed
- ½ cup Cream Cheese softened
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
Place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
