Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Mushrooms stems removed
  • ½ cup Cream Cheese softened
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
