- 1 lb Shishito Peppers
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, toss shishito peppers with olive oil.
3. Place peppers in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and grated ginger.
5. Once peppers are done, toss them in the soy ginger mixture.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds.
