  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Cold water
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, and baking powder.
  3. 3. In another bowl, beat the egg and mix with cold water.
  4. 4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients to form a batter.
  5. 5. Dip each shrimp into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated.
  6. 6. Place the battered shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. 7. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
