Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Boil 4 eggs for 4-5 minutes, then cool in ice water and peel.
Divide sausage meat into 4 portions and flatten each into a patty.
Wrap each egg in sausage meat, ensuring it's fully covered.
Roll each sausage-covered egg in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through.
