Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg beaten
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Mix well.
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
Check for doneness. Meatballs should be golden brown and cooked through. Serve hot.
