  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  5. Check for doneness. Meatballs should be golden brown and cooked through. Serve hot.
