  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub pork chops with olive oil.
  3. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Coat pork chops with the spice mix.
  5. Place pork chops in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
