Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 units Eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 unit Cooking spray

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip chicken pieces into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the coated chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
