  • 1 cup Polenta cooked and cooled
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the cooked and cooled polenta into fry shapes.
  3. In a bowl, toss the polenta fries with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
