  • 2 Green plantains peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, toss the plantain slices with olive oil and salt until evenly coated.
  3. 3. Arrange the plantain slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. 4. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chips are golden and crispy.
  5. 5. Remove from the air fryer and let cool before serving.
