Ingredients 

Pakora Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chickpea Flour
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Chopped Vegetables (Onion, Potato, Spinach)

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  2. Gradually add water and whisk to form a smooth batter.
  3. Add chopped vegetables to the batter and mix well.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  5. Spoon small portions of the mixture into the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
