Pakora Ingredients
- 1 cup Chickpea Flour
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- ½ teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Chopped Vegetables (Onion, Potato, Spinach)
In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
Gradually add water and whisk to form a smooth batter.
Add chopped vegetables to the batter and mix well.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
Spoon small portions of the mixture into the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
