- 12 fresh oysters, shucked
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges for serving
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and paprika.
Brush each oyster with olive oil and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the oysters in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with lemon wedges.
