  • 12 fresh oysters, shucked
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges for serving

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Brush each oyster with olive oil and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the oysters in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
