Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef (Top Round or Flank Steak) thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  2. 2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. 3. Preheat your air fryer oven to 160°F (70°C).
  4. 4. Arrange the marinated beef slices in a single layer on the air fryer trays.
  5. 5. Cook in the air fryer oven for 3 hours, flipping the slices halfway through, until the beef is dry and chewy.
  6. 6. Let the beef jerky cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
