Air Fryer Mozzarella Sticks Recipe

- 12 sticks Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 large Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Cut mozzarella sticks in half.
2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Dip each mozzarella stick in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Repeat egg and breadcrumb coating for extra crunch.
4. Place breaded sticks on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
5. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
6. Arrange frozen sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
7. Serve immediately with marinara sauce for dipping.
